For the dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, plus more for greasing
  • 250 g strong white bread flour, plus extra for dusting
  • 1 tsp fast action dried yeast
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
For the pizza sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ½x 500 g carton passata, passata
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
For the topping
  • 2 rings pineapple, drained and diced, from a tin (or about 50 g fresh)
  • 1x 120 g pack thick cut ham, cut into chunks or torn
  • 100 g grated mozzarella cheese
