Oven fried fish fillets

With a serving of fries, this dish is the Lebanese version of fish and chips. The fillets
are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and, more importantly, they have
very few bones, making them easy for kids as well as adults to eat and enjoy.
Ingredients

grouper fillets

cup
extra virgin olive oil
⅔
cup
white vinegar

tbsp
unsalted butter
1
tsp
sea salt
1
tsp
freshly ground black pepper
1
tsp
chopped fresh sage
1
tbsp
finely chopped fresh parsley
1
large
egg , beaten
1
cup
breadcrumbs
1
lemon , cut into wedges
Instructions
Put the fish in a bowl or a glass baking dish, and cover with the oil and vinegar . Let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours .
Preheat the oven to 205 °C . Grease a baking sheet with the butter .
Remove the fish from the marinade, and transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Season with the salt , pepper , and sage .
In a bowl, whisk the parsley into the beaten egg , and pour over the fish .
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top, covering the fish completely.
Oven fry until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes . Serve immediately with the
lemon wedges.
