This Spanish twist on a classic fish pie has little chunks of chorizo and a crispy potato topping with saffron butter for a comforting weekend one pot.

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2x 250 g pack skinless cod, cut into large chunks
  • 1x 180 g pack raw peeled king prawns
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1x 150 g pack diced chorizo
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 60 g plain flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • pinch of saffron
  • 800 g Maris Piper or King Edward potatoes, peeled
