Burger
  • 250 g 5%-fat minced beef
  • 20 g panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ tsp garlic granules
  • ¼ tsp onion granules
  • ¼ tsp mustard powder
  • ¼ tsp smoked sweet paprika
  • ¼ tsp BBQ seasoning
Salsa
  • low-calorie cooking spray
  • 100 g fresh cored pineapple, peeled, finely diced
  • 80 g green pepper, deseeded, finely diced
  • 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
  • ½ tsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp soy sauce
Sweet chilli mayo
  • 2 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • ¼ tsp sriracha sauce
Assembly
  • 4 burger buns, seeded, sliced in half
  • 50 g lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices reduced-fat Cheddar, halved
  • 1 tomato, sliced
