Ingredients
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dry sherry (or Shaoxing cooking wine or apple juice)
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 300 g minced beef (12% fat)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
- 2½ cm piece root ginger, peeled and shredded
- 1x 600 g pack sweet & crunchy stir fry veg or other stir fry pack
- 1x 410 g pack fresh egg noodles
