  • 2 tbsp dry sherry (or Shaoxing cooking wine or apple juice)
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 300 g minced beef (12% fat)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
  • cm piece root ginger, peeled and shredded
  • 1x 600 g pack sweet & crunchy stir fry veg or other stir fry pack
  • 1x 410 g pack fresh egg noodles
