Beef strips with orange and ginger

  • 450 g lean beef steak, cut into thin strips
  • grated rind and juice of 1 orange
  • 15 ml light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • cm piece fresh root ginger, finely chopped
  • 15 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 large carrot, cut into thin strips
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • noodles or rice, to serve
