Cook the
pasta
then set to oneside until needed.
Heat the
oil
in a deep frying pan and add the
chicken breasts
and scatter with the
lardons
. Leave to cook over a high heat for
4
minutes
.
Turn the chicken over in the pan, give the
lardons
a stir, then pour in the
white wine
and let it bubble over a high heat until it has mostly evapourated.
Add the
peas
,
cream
and
pasta
, then season and stir well.
Cover than pan and cook for
4
minutes
until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
Serve immediately.
