Chicken with apples and cider
This simple recipe uses only 6 ingredients. It also works well with pork steaks.

- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 2 eating apples, peeled cored and cut into 8 wedges
- 300 ml dry cider
- 150 ml chicken stock
- rice or mashed potato, to serve
