Cranberry, oat and white chocolate biscuits

  • 150 g whole almonds, skin on
  • 150 g plain flour
  • 75 g wholemeal flour
  • 150 g jumbo rolled outs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 225 g unsalted butter, at room temperature, roughly cut into 3-4 cm pieces
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • finely grated zest of 1 large orange
  • 125 g dried cranberries, chopped in half, soaked in 25 ml orange juice
  • 250 g white chocolate
