Ingredients
- 500 ml fish stock or chicken stock
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2-4 slices fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, shredded
- 85 g frozen soya beans or peas
- 100 g Tenderstem broccoli, halved if large
- 4 Chinese leaves, shredded, or small pak choj
- 3 spring onions, sliced at an angle
- 2 fillets chunky white fish
- few drops sesame oil
- ½-1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
