  • 500 ml fish stock or chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2-4 slices fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, shredded
  • 85 g frozen soya beans or peas
  • 100 g Tenderstem broccoli, halved if large
  • 4 Chinese leaves, shredded, or small pak choj
  • 3 spring onions, sliced at an angle
  • 2 fillets chunky white fish
  • few drops sesame oil
  • ½-1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
