Spiced shepherd's pie

This shepherd's pie has a Moroccan twist that should liven up supper a bit - and unbelievably, it only uses five ingredients.

1. Heat the slow cooker if necessary. Heat 1 tbsp of the olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan, then fry the lamb, stirring well, and half the spice mix until browned. Tip into the slow cooker with the tomatoes. Season, cover and cook on low for
   6-8 hours.
2. Crush the cooked potatoes with the remaining oil and spice mix. Heat grill to high and tip the mince mixture into an ovenproof dish. Scatter with the potatoes and grill for
   8 minutes until the potatoes are crispy and golden.
