Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped, (divided into greener and whiter parts)
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 hot dogs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger root, grated
- 1 cup chicken, cooked and shredded
- 4 cups pre-cooked rice, cold
- 2-3 tbsp soy sauce (more or less to taste)
