  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped, (divided into greener and whiter parts)
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 hot dogs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger root, grated
  • 1 cup chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 4 cups pre-cooked rice, cold
  • 2-3 tbsp soy sauce (more or less to taste)
