Ingredients
- low-calorie cooking spray
- 1 medium onion, peeled and diced
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and diced
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and diced
- 500 g 5%-fat minced beef
- 200 ml beef stock (1 beef stock cube dissolved in 200 ml boiling water)
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 tbsp Henderson’s relish
- 1x 400 g tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp white granulated sweetener
- 2 tbsp BBQ seasoning
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
