Heat the grill to medium. In a large bowl, mix together the first six ingredients, then season well. Shape the mixture into four bugers and put on a baking sheet.
Grill the burgers for
3-4
minutes
on each side, until cooked through, then keep them warm. Split each burger bun in half and put under the grill, cut side up and lightly toast for
1
minute
.
Serve each burger in a bun with some salad leaves and top each burger with a good dollop of tomato salsa.
