Chorizo and butter bean stew

Ingredients
- 1 small onion, sliced
- ½ red pepper, sliced
- 1x 400 g tin butter beans, rinsed and drained.
- 4 mushrooms, sliced
- 2 medium sized chorizo sausages, cut into thin slices
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ mug water
- 1 tbsp concentrated liquid chicken stock
- 1 tsp sugar
- crusty bread, to serve
