Chorizo & chilli rigatoni


Chorizo has a hearty flavour which infuses pasta dishes well. Gluten-free: make sure the chorizo and pasta are gluten-free.

  • 200 g rigatoni
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g chorizo, chopped into chunks
  • 1 fat red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, chopped
  • 6 tomatoes, chopped into chunks
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 4 tbsp creme fraiche
  • ½ tsp sugar
