- 200 g rigatoni
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g chorizo, chopped into chunks
- 1 fat red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 2 sprigs rosemary, chopped
- 6 tomatoes, chopped into chunks
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 4 tbsp creme fraiche
- ½ tsp sugar
