300gmini cooking (raw) chorizo sausages
400g canchopped tomatoes
2potatoes, peeled and cut into 1.5 cm cubes
2red onions, quartered, then cut into 2.5 cm chunks
325gcanned sweetcorn, drained
1teaspooncumin seeds
1teaspoonfennel seeds
1heaped teaspoonpul biber chilli flakes
Maldon sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper
