Ingredients
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
- generous pinch sea salt
- ½ red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 50 ml malt vinegar
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 125 ml light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
