Italian chop pasta salad
This salad comes together quickly with little effort. Serve this up at your next spring/summer party, it’s always delicious!

- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic or red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 tsp dried oregano

- 1 lb short-cut pasta
- 6 oz thinly cut salami, sliced
- 3 oz pepperoni, chopped
- 1 cup mini mozzarella cheese balls
- 1 cup provolone cheese, cubed
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, shaved
- 2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mixed pitted olives, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
- ½ cup pepperoncini, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
