Mix

butter
and
caster sugar
until light and fluffy
Add
flour
, make soft dough: turn onto board, draw together, knead lightly
Press into tin, prick with fork
Bake at

until light brown (~

)
Mark out piece sizes with knife and allow to cool
Melt remaining
butter
(
4½
oz) and
brown sugar
over low heat
Add
honey
and
condensed milk
Stir until mixture thickens (~
20-30
minutes
)
Cool slightly and poor over shortbread
Place in fridge to set
Melt
chocolate
and poor over caramel.
Return to fridge until set
Use knife dipped in hot water to mark out pieces then cut.
