One-pan pancetta and chilli linguini

  • 1x 80 g pack smoked cubetti pancetta
  • 1 red chilli, sliced and deseeded if you wish
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
  • 1x 300 g pack vine tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 500 ml vegetable or chicken stock
  • 200 g dried linguini
  • 0.5x 28 g pack fesh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated, to serve
