Quick pasta is our passion: an espresso sauce that is prepared during the cooking time of the pasta and that's it, no sudden guest will scare you anymore!
Ingredients
1 x 400 g can
chopped tomatoes

fresh cream

bacon lardons

red onion

extra virgin olive oil
Basil , to taste
Salt , to taste
Instructions
To make the Marshal's pasta , first peel the onion and slice it finely. In a pan pour the sliced onion , bacon and two tablespoons of olive oil . Bring everything to the heat and sauté for about 3 minutes over high heat. Add the chopped tomatoes , season with salt, stir and cook the sauce for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Meanwhile, bring the salted water to a boil in a saucepan to cook the pasta . Cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package and drain it al dente. Meanwhile, add the fresh cream to the sauce and stir to mix the sauce.
Flavor with the basil leaves and, once the pasta is cooked, drain it directly in the pan with the sauce. Sauté the pasta for a few moments so that it finishes cooking and mixes with the sauce. Serve the pasta piping hot, garnished with basil leaves.
