Pork and noodle stir fry
This Chinese dish, using mainly storecupboard ingredients is easy to whip up for an impromptu supper with friends.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 250 g pork fillet, trimmed and cut into stips
- ½ bunch of spring onions, trimmed and sliced on the diagonal
- 100 g mangetout, cut lengthways into strips
- 1x 150 g pack straight-to-wok noodles
For the sauce
- 2 tsp cornflour
- juice 1 orange
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine or sherry
- 1 tbsp clear honey
