or king prawns / seafood such as squid mussels or seabass.

of fresh coriander

to a pan & bring to the boil & add one sachet of
Tom Yum paste
.
Add vegetables, simmer for
3-4
minutes
.
Add
chicken
& half the
fresh coriander
leaves and
coconut milk
. Simmer for a further
3-4
minutes
until the
chicken
is cooked.
Serve in a bowl topped with coriander as a starter, or with steamed Jasmine rice as a main.
