Heat the oil and gently cook the finely diced
onions
,
carrots
and
swede
. Drop a few knobs of butter in top of the vegetable mix. Cook for
10
minutes
until vegetables are starting to tender.
Add the
potatoes
and cook for a further few minutes. Add the
soy mince
and mix through. Cook for a further few minutes then mix in the dry spices and
flour
and coat the vegetables.
Meanwhile make up the
stock
and dissolve the
marmite
in. Add to the pan and mix well. Simmer the mix for
20
minutes
until the
potatoes
are tender.
