straight to wok noodles

Heat the
oil
in a wok. Add the
spring onions
,
ginger
and
garlic
. Fry for about
30
seconds
.
Add the
chicken
to the wok and stir fry for about
1
minute
.
Add the
mushrooms
and stir fry for
30
seconds
.
Add the
water
,
stock
,
soy sauce
,
hoisin
,
sweetcorn
and
noodles
. Bring to the boil then turn down to simmer for
1
minute
.
Season well and serve.
