Lemon and parmesan capellini
In this recipe, cream is thickened with parmesan and flavoured with lemon to make a superb sauce for pasta.

- ½ granary baguette
- 225 g dried or fresh capellini
- 250 ml single cream
- 75 g parmesan cheese, grated
- finely grated rind of 1 lemon
