Pasta with broad beans
Meat eaters can tip in some crispy bacon as well. Alternatively, use asparagus or green beans instead of the broad beans.

- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 500 g fresh or frozen broad beans, thawed if frozen
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp freshly grated vegetarian Parmesan cheese
