  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small green chilli, chopped
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp salt + more for seasoning
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 200 ml water
  • zest and juice of 1 large orange
  • 300 g raw shelled tiger prawns
  • handful of fresh coriander, chopped
  • 225 g basmati rice
