Mix the butter, garlic, chilli and salt in a bowl. Add the prawns, cover and leave in the fridge for at least an hour.
Put a large pan of salted water on to boil. Add the pasta and let it cook in the boiling watr for 8-10 miuntes.
For the last of pasta cooking time, put the prawns with their flavoured butter in a saucepan and gently heat so the butter melts and the prawns heat through.
Toss the cooked tagliatelle with the melted butter and prawns and arrange on 4 plates. Squeeze over the lemon juice and sprinkle over the lemon zest. Garnish with black pepper and a sprinkling of chives.
