Traditional pork steaks with honey and mustard sauce

Ingredients
- 12-14 new potatoes
- 4 carrots, cut into sticks
- 2 pork steaks
- 200 g pack green beans
Sauce
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1½ tbsp grated ginger
- ½ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp flour
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 dessertspoon wholegrain mustard
- ⅓ mug water
- salt and pepper
- oil to fry
