Italian fish stew with a hint of spice. Find some good crusty bread to serve with this dish. Gluten-free: make sure the fish stock cubes are GlutenFree.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 4 slices streaky bacon, chopped
- 6 spring onions, chopped
- 6 tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 pinch saffron
- 400 g cannellini beans, drained and washed
- 1 mug of water + 1 fish stock cube
- 4 cod steaks, cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 tbsp coriander, freshly chopped
- Crusty bread, to serve
