AsianSpicy bacon broccoli

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp groundnut oil
- 2 whole red dried chillis, torn
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 inch fresh root ginger, peeled and finely grated
- 180 g smoky bacon lardons, diced
- 200 g Tenderstem broccoli, washed, sliced to 1 inch pieces on the angle
- 1 large organic carrot, sliced in half lengthwise in the middle, half again, then 2 inch pieces on the angle
- 2 tbsp Shaosing rice wine
- 2 tbsp Chinkiang black rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp low sodium light soy sauce
